  • One Hour (60 Minute) In-Studio Session

  • Three (3) Images Included (Retouched, High-Resolution, Web Optimized and Print Quality Versions Provided.)

STARTER Package #2:

Investment: $1,500.00

This Session Includes The Following:

  • Pre-Session Consultation – Preparation and Vision Alignment

  • Two Hour (120 Minute) In-Studio Session

  • Five (5) Images Included (Retouched, High-Resolution, Web Optimized and Print Quality Versions Provided.)

All Sessions Are Inclusive of the Following:

  • In-Session Review to make Preliminary Selections

  • Deliverables:

    • All Images Provided as Low-Resolution JPEGs in a proofs gallery for archival/reference purposes

    • Private Online Client Gallery provided to review proofs and make selections

    • Additional Images Available for Purchase:

      • Three (3) Selections for $150.00

      • Five (5) Selections for $200.00

Step #1: 15-Minute Discovery Call

After contacting us, you will be invited to schedule an initial complimentary 15-minute call to ensure KOLIN MENDEZ PHOTOGRAPHY understands your vision and goals. Let’s discuss your vision, your goals, and what you need to ensure we can customize your session experience.

We close the call with pricing and contact details while also identifying any non-photography-related service needs you may have to make key referrals to vendors we trust.

Step #2: Book Your Session • Creative Direction & Session Design (45 Minutes)

After you book your session and confirm the desired date(s), KOLIN MENDEZ PHOTOGRAPHY connects with clients for a 45-minute design call. We’ll dive into the details and design your branding, lifestyle, or professional portrait session experience, together.

After a design call, clients receive:

  • An Inspiration Board: A Pinterest board with sample inspiration photos + pose recommendations for review (~10)

  • Location & Outfit Recommendations: ~3-5 places/outfit recommendations aligned with your session package, vision and reference photos/links (unless you provide your own!)

  • A Draft Call Sheet: The run-of-show for the day with relevant details. including local resources to ensure you have everything you need day-of for a seamless session

  • FAQs & Final Contract Details: Everything you need to know to prepare for your booking is centralized in one place for easy access

  • A Reminder to Pick their Playlist (optional): You should be comfortable in any atmosphere. Want a particular playlist? Send it our way. Otherwise, we’ll curate one for you!

Step 3: In-Studio or On-Site Session

The Session Takes Place! Let’s come together and bring your vision to life.

Step 4: Turnaround + Delivery • Enjoy!

Once a session is complete, you are sent a proofing gallery to make your desired selections, and your photographs will be processed in alignment with your package and expressed goals. We’ll then share final retouched photos with you via our client gallery for your enjoyment and to share with the world - digitized for easy access and usage.

Inclusive Primary Selections are provided within 10 business days from receipt of your selections, and Additional Selections are provided within a 30 day period.
